CBRE appoints two Co-Heads of Advisory Project Management for Belgium and Luxembourg

Having both joined CBRE in 2015, Elodie and Alexandre have gradually risen through the ranks in the Advisory Project Management department. Until recently, they were Associate Directors and were playing an active role in the day-to-day management of the team. Comprising both creative and technical profiles, the team provides strategic advice to companies wishing to rethink their working environment, taking charge of the design and fit-out of their offices and coordinating Design & Build projects from start to finish. 

Elodie Lovasz trained as an interior architect and is responsible for office design strategy and project management. Alexandre Nobels, on the other hand, is a construction engineer and is in charge of the technical side of office fit-outs. The combination of their two profiles, combined with their long experience in the sector, offers excellent prospects for the future growth of the department. Each year, the team designs and fits out an average of no less than 45,000 m² of office space in the two countries, including many large-scale projects.

CBRE Belgium's Advisory Project Management department is made up of a multidisciplinary team of 17 people in Belgium and Luxembourg, including 8 people in the Grand Duchy under the responsibility of Thierry Bauwens.
