With a strong interest in advancing the occupier platform, Maxime has successfully launched an integrated approach to tenant leasing representation, and workspace solutions. His vision has streamlined processes and enhanced client experiences, positioning CBRE as a go-to partner for corporate occupiers in the Belgian and Luxembourg office scene.
Maxime's extensive experience in capital markets has been a cornerstone of his career. He has dedicated a significant portion of his professional life to this field, developing a robust understanding of market dynamics. His legal education and expertise have provided him with a robust understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to navigate complex transactions effectively. This has resulted in a strong local and international network, fostering valuable connections with developers and investors. In addition to major investment deals, Maxime has been advocating for improved service and professionalism for private wealth, family offices and smaller investors, who are essential to the Belux property market.
In his role as CEO, Maxime leads a 20-member senior director committee, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring that CBRE Belgium and Luxembourg remains responsive to the evolving needs of the market. Maxime's contributions to the industry were recognized when he was elected Young Manager of the Year in Belgium in 2019, a testament to his leadership and vision for the future of real estate.
He obtained a Master in General Management from the Vlerick Business School and a Master of Laws from the UFSIA and the Universitaire Instelling Antwerpen (UIA).
