CBRE Belgium has appointed Stefan De Pauw as Head of the Industrial & Logistics department. Stefan replaces Xavier Van Reeth, who will take on a new challenge within the logistics sector.

From now on, Stefan manages and leads the department, consisting of a team of 6 real estate professionals, operating throughout Belgium. Stefan De Pauw started his career at CBRE in September 2019. He previously spent over 8 years with another big name in real estate consultancy, where he gradually worked his way up the logistics ladder. Over the years, Stefan has built up a strong client network in the industrial and logistics sector, including developers, owners and occupiers. Until now, he has been responsible for the Brussels-Capital Region and its periphery, where he advised on major letting and sales transactions.

Maxime Kumpen, CEO of CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg, comments: “I would like to congratulate Stefan De Pauw on his new role and promotion to the Management Board of CBRE Belgium and Luxembourg. Since his arrival, Stefan has shown a great deal of leadership, team spirit and initiative, which has brought the department to its current outstanding level. There is no doubt that his management skills and strategic vision will lead him to success in his new position.”

Stefan De Pauw, Head of Industrial & Logistics, adds: “I am truly grateful for the trust which CBRE has placed in me and for this promotion to Head of Industrial & Logistics, which I intend to carry out successfully, along with a strong and talented team. I would also like to thank Xavier Van Reeth for his valuable advice and expert guidance over the past years, and for leading our Industrial & Logistics practice to success.”

CBRE bids farewell to Xavier Van Reeth with regret and in all friendship. He will soon continue his career with an international developer, active in logistics real estate. CBRE wishes him every success in his new challenge.

Maxime Kumpen, CEO of CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg, ends: "We would like to thank Xavier Van Reeth for the strong track record and growth he has achieved at CBRE. Over the past 10 years, he has been a valued colleague and a true leader for his team and the industrial and logistics practice, which he has led to success. I sincerely wish Xavier all the best in his new position."
