CBRE Belgium appoints Stefan De Pauw as Head of Industrial & Logistics

CBRE Belgium has appointed Stefan De Pauw as Head of the Industrial & Logistics department. Stefan replaces Xavier Van Reeth, who will take on a new challenge within the logistics sector. 

From now on, Stefan manages and leads the department, consisting of a team of 6 real estate professionals, operating throughout Belgium. Stefan De Pauw started his career at CBRE in September 2019. He previously spent over 8 years with another big name in real estate consultancy, where he gradually worked his way up the logistics ladder. Over the years, Stefan has built up a strong client network in the industrial and logistics sector, including developers, owners and occupiers. Until now, he has been responsible for the Brussels-Capital Region and its periphery, where he advised on major letting and sales transactions.
