Stefan De Pauw joined CBRE in 2019 as Director within the Industrial and Logistics department, with a focus on the Brussels region. In 2024, he was appointed Senior Director and Head of the Industrial & Logistics department, managing a team of 7 people covering the Belgian and Luxembourg market.
Prior to joining CBRE, Stefan worked for nine years in a similar role at another real estate consultancy firm, assisting major accounts in their real estate optimisation.
