Isabelle has a broad experience in corporate real estate. She joined CBRE in 2006 and became a Senior Director within the Advisory & Transaction Services business line in 2011.
She focuses on streamlining all services which CBRE offers to real estate occupiers, as tenants or owners.
She specialised in the office asset class, including the flexible office sector, and helps companies to create a strategy and vision for their workplaces. She provides a consultative approach to service throughout the evolution of a client’s real estate strategy. This can be a stay vs move project, disposing of surplus space, implementing hybrid working policies, benchmarking exercises or seeking recommendations to optimise the client’s portfolio.
Isabelle offers local knowledge with access to the international strength of CBRE’s network.
She holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences and in Real Estate from the Antwerp Management School (AMS).
