Arnaud Smeets is Head of CBRE Belgium’s and Luxembourg’s Capital Markets department.
Since joining CBRE in 2016, he has advised a variety of clients, including local and international developers and investors, on various asset classes, including forward sales and stabilised income.
He holds a Master’s Degree in law from the KU Leuven and initially worked in mergers and acquisitions at a law firm, developing expertise in negotiating and structuring transactions.
