The Brno office market stands at 658,200 sq m of modern office space. Four new completions were delivered to the market in H2 2020. Currently, there are seven projects under construction of which approximately 25,300 sq m is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

Take-up in H2 2020 was almost 17,600 sq m, representing a 3% decrease compared to H1 2020.

In our opinion the achievable prime rent in Brno stood stood between 15.00 – 16.00 EUR/sq m/month.
