2021 industrial demand is strong, with already 953,780 m² of take-up. Semi-industrial demand (and development) in particular is at all-time highs. Besides semi-industrial
development, 2021 will see nearly 800,000 m² of logistics space come online.
Long-term development is however plagued by planning concerns and the nitrogen ruling. Strong logistics demand is combined with a record low vacancy rate, a shrinking land bank, rising land values and construction costs.
