Based in London, Bryn is responsible for the development of cross border activity between EMEA and Asia-Pacific across all property sectors. This includes both outbound business from clients based in EMEA, as well as inbound business to EMEA from clients based in Asia-Pacific.
Bryn has more than 25 years real estate experience, 19 of which relate to Asia. During that time, Bryn worked with property owners to plan and execute major developments. Amongst his most high-profile clients in this regard are Airport Authority Hong Kong, The Kardan Group, Kerry Properties, McArthur Glen, MTRC Corporation, Swire Properties, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Tishman Speyer, Universal Parks & Resorts and The Walt Disney Company.
Bryn has also worked on behalf of a number of major global occupiers as they have entered into or expanded within the Far East. Key clients in this regard include Agent Provocateur, AW LAB, Beeline, Calzedonia, Central, CH Carolina Herrera, DFS Galleria, H&M, Hugo Boss, Lush, Marks & Spencer, Noka, Sephora and Tiffany & Co.
In terms of inbound business to EMEA from clients based in Asia-Pacific, Bryn has worked extensively with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), acquiring commercial offices on their behalf in France, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain over the past two years.
