The Retail team of CBRE Belgium assisted Weekday as part of the opening of its first flagship store in the Brussels-Capital Region. The store will open its doors next spring at 2-4 Rue Capitaine Crespel, just steps from the Avenue de la Toison d'Or.
Following the sale of the building to Herpain-Urbis last June, CBRE was mandated to lease the commercial space in the building. The Swedish brand Weekday will occupy ± 1,000 sqm, distributed between the ground floor and the first floor, in the immediate vicinity of the Apple Store and the Zara flagship store, both located on the Avenue de la Toison d'Or.
Founded in 2002, Weekday is part of the Swedish group H & M. Being alternative, young and street-style, this clothing brand offers a unique shopping experience. Present physically in 8 countries and delivering to 18 markets, the brand already has two other Belgian stores, more precisely in the Antwerp Kammenstraat and Meir.
The building is housed in a company owned by Herpain Urbis Retail Holding Group, a group active in the field of commercial space promotion and investment.
