The Retail team of CBRE Belgium has been appointed by ProWinko Belgium as part of the forthcoming commercialization of the new building acquired by the company, located 108 Rue Neuve.
An exclusive assignment was granted to RPIA by the seller, a private family, for the sale of their commercial building located 108 Rue Neuve. The buyer, ProWinko Belgium, was advised by CBRE, to whom he also entrusted the marketing of the building.
Formerly occupied by a shop specialized in leather goods, the building is located at the corner of Rue Neuve and Rue de Malines and is opposite the City 2 shopping center. The building offers a commercial surface of approximately 500 sqm spread over several levels.
