Thanks to the advice of CBRE's multidisciplinary team, International Workplace Group (formerly called Regus) has found the perfect place in the heart of the European district to establish its Spaces concept. The company, which is specialized in co-working spaces, will soon occupy 4.350 sqm in the Belliard 40 building, owned by Cofinimmo. The opening is foreseen for Q3 2018.
More than 4,000 sqm of office space, spread over 4 levels, will be occupied by IWG's conceptual co-working space, called Spaces. This co-working space will be the third of its kind in Belgium, after Diegem (Pegasus Park) and Antwerp (Post X). Spaces is a global concept that mixes workspace, meeting rooms and relaxing corners, with the aim of facilitating networking between the various corporate occupiers while offering a wide range of services and amenities. By 2020, no less than 10 Spaces should be established in Belgium.
Located within walking distance of the main European institutions, including the Parliament and the Commission, the Belliard 40 stands out for its very high brightness. Combining commercial space, 17 residential units and 13 office floors, the complex also features a rooftop terrace, a 5-storey atrium as well as an outdoor garden behind the building. Belliard 40 has already been awarded the title of exemplary building by the Brussels-Capital Region and targets the BREEAM eco-label.
