CBRE Belgium has appointed Filip Van Wijnendaele as Senior Director - Head of Property Management. Filip will lead a team of 22 people responsible for the financial, administrative and operational (technical and commercial) management of office buildings, warehouses and shopping centres. As from today, he will also be part of CBRE Belgium’s Management Committee.
Filip has gained extensive experience in property management through its various positions as Property Manager and Head of Property Management at Ceusters-SCMS and SCCB. For years, he successfully managed assets as diverse as office buildings, warehouses, shopping centres and retail spaces. For the past 8 years, he was Home Invest Belgium’s COO, a Belgian REIT specialized in residential property.
