CBRE Belgium has promoted Olivier Dewit to Director and Head of Private Wealth. Olivier will lead a team of 6 people responsible for investment opportunities below 10 million euro in all asset classes.
Olivier has built a major part of his career in Retail. He joined CBRE Belgium in 2016 as a Consultant, responsible for the marketing of retail investment properties in Belgium. In 2018, following the creation of the Private Wealth department, Olivier Dewit was promoted to Associate Director and actively contributed to the department’s growth and successes.
