CBRE Belgium has successfully advised IWG (International Workplace Group, formerly known as Regus) on its lease acquisition of the Ring at Work building, an office project in the North of Antwerp and part of a larger development including SME-units and retail space and developed by Reno-Art, in order to strengthen Regus‘ network in Flanders.

The Ring at Work building is located at the exit Brecht of the E19 motorway driving from Antwerp to Breda. Gaining from an easy accessibility from the motorway and with the train station Noorderkempen at walking distance, the Ring at Work building offers 1,887 m² of office space and will open its doors in spring 2020.

The Ring at Work building will be fitted out in IWG’s Industrial Bauhaus concept, with the reception, lounge and meeting rooms on the ground floor and closed offices on the 2 upper floors.
