Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs has been an independent business unit of CBRE since 2006. The department is based in Almere and focuses on all aspects of Building Consultancy, on behalf of end-users and those investing in offices.
Besides its traditional relocation activities, Rietmeijer complements the work of various other units at CBRE. Examples of these are:
Technical due diligence programmes for the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios
Drawing up a plan of requirements and/or test-fit in a rental programme.
Advising clients on maximising the value of office premises by identifying modifications that might be made to the building (and establishing their cost).
