What we do
Our Property and Asset Management Services department merged its activities with Sogesmaint, subsidiary of the Group CFE, in order to constitute a joint venture known as Sogesmaint-CBRE. The combined entity manages more than 1.413.500 m² of property (53 clients) in 119 buildings with 522 tenants, and employs a team of 50 highly experienced people in Belgium and Luxembourg gathering the needed real estate expertise through various profiles.
