CB Richard Ellis was appointed by Plus Development nv to sell ther asset Yser House, located at Ijzerlaan 4-5 in Etterbeek (Brussels).
TOBB of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey bought the two prestigious buildings. Except the façades (protected for its historical value by the Brussels Capital Region), the entire asset was renovated by Plus Development nv, and redeveloped into 2.000 m² office space, 244 m² of residences and 21 inside parking units. The asset is located in the Leopold Area and its sales price is estimated at 9 million euro.
