Residential renovation project in the heart of Brussels
CB Richard Ellis advised a private owner in the sale of their office building located in the heart of Brussels to Princes Residences.
CB Richard Ellis’ mission was to find a buyer for this 3.000 m² office building let until 2009, located rue des Princes 10 and rue Fossé aux Loups 13 in 1000 Brussels.
Princes Residences is a part of City Projects. City Projects NV, very active on the Brussels market, has adhered firmly to what has now become a tried and tested concept. High-quality projects, finished to an equally high standard. Locations where people want to live, work or shop, at acceptable prices that suit the market. Also: locations where other people have not (yet) dared to develop, but where a demand has been identified.
They will renovate completely the building into apartments.
According to Nicolas Orts, Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis, this type of conversion of office buildings into residential confirms the attraction for residential in the historical centre of Brussels.
The value of the transaction is approximately of 4,5 million.
